TIME FOR YOUTH 2015 project - tools for support of youth professional competences (T4Y 2015-18), whose leader is the MORENA Association, implements the so-called Action 2, ie Cooperation for innovation and exchange of good practices. The action creates transnational strategic partnerships to develop initiatives relating to one or more fields of education, training and youth, and to promote innovation, exchange of experience and know-how between different types of organizations involved in education, training and youth.
The partnership of the "T4Y 2015-18" project implements activities leading to:
preparation,
develop,
to test and
implementation of an innovative support model for adapting training activities and vocational education within formal and informal education to the needs of the labor market.
According to the assumptions, the model developed in the project will include unique in Europe set of innovative tools for identifying the competences of vocational school students who enter the labor market for the first time.
It was assumed that the developed, tested and implemented innovative tools will motivate students of vocational schools to develop, they will also enable monitoring of the results of vocational training as well as formal and informal vocational education. In the case of schools, employers, organizations and self-government, the tools will be used to better identify students' skills and respond faster to the needs of the labor market.
The toolbox consists of:
1. program COMPETENCE CARD - motivating vocational school students to vocational education and acquiring (practical) skills,
2. an e-learning platform for learning to use the card by employers, schools and offices,
3. CERTIFICATION PROGRAM - recognition of professional skills acquired through formal and non-formal education,
4. CERTIFICATION SYSTEM - description and diagrams based on the National and European Qualifications Framework (NQF, EQF).
The model created in the T4Y 2015-18 project realizes the idea of developing skills that are important for the labor market.
